We're on a mission to help property investors keep more of what they earn.

Estate Clearance was founded by Richard Kayan, a landlord who spent years overpaying taxes due to complex, antiquated reporting systems. We're here to fix that.

The Story Behind the Solution

In 2018, Richard Kayan was managing 8 residential properties across two states. Between the late nights of 1031 exchange research and the endless spreadsheets of depreciation schedules, he realized he was losing nearly 20% of his annual yield to inefficient tax tracking.

When even his specialist CPA missed a significant cost segregation opportunity, Richard knew the problem wasn't just him—it was the tools. He built a rudimentary script to track his own portfolio, which evolved into the core engine of Estate Clearance.

Today, that script has grown into a platform trusted by thousands of investors across six countries, automating the most complex parts of property tax intelligence.
