Estate Clearance is an exclusive platform for property investors. All accounts are subject to manual verification. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that does not meet our minimum portfolio requirements.

3. No Professional Advice

The Estate Clearance platform provided is for educational and modeling purposes only. We are not a licensed CPA firm, law firm, or investment advisor. All tax strategies and models generated by the platform should be reviewed with your own professional advisors before implementation.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, and content provided through Estate Clearance are the exclusive property of Estate Clearance. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your personal or corporate property tax modeling needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Estate Clearance shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in tax models or any resulting financial losses. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Estate Clearance is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
